Autumn King. Big fellows like this one are a common sight on our roadways here in New Hampshire. It’s wise to be on the lookout for them when driving, especially at dawn or dusk, as a car is usually on the losing end in an encounter with a moose. This guy is keeping a sharp eye on us and might be thinking he’s camouflaged by the birches and the colorful autumn leaves!
